House Extensions
Building a house extension can be a daunting task, but with good advice, intelligent design and high quality construction your house extension can provide you with the extra living spaces that you require blending seamlessly with your existing house. We work regularly with a number of different architects, if you do not have plans yet, we can recommend good architects who can get your plans moving.
External Wall Insulation
External Wall Insulation is the application of an insulation layer to the outside of a building in order to improve the building's energy efficiency. By minimising heat loss in cold weather and heat gain in warmer weather External Wall Insulation creates a more comfortable and healthier living environment and helps reduce heating costs by as much as 30%.
External Wall Insulation is made up of three main components: an insulant, fixings and render. The render consists of a base coat and a final colour coated render which provides both the aesthetic and weather proofing function of the wall. The Better Energy Home scheme provides grants to Homeowners who upgrade the energy efficiency of their homes, only homes built prior to 2006 are eligible and all work completed must completed by an SEAI registered contractor and to SEAI standards.

New Building
Working on a new build from excavating foundations to completion is one of the most satisfying parts of our work. Once you have secured your planning permission we would be happy to discuss and give advice on your new home and would welcome the opportunity to tender for the work. Refurbishments
Refurbishment of your home can take on many forms, its completely up to you what you would like to achieve.
Horizon Building Services offer a number of your possible requirements including:
